Home Watch and Home Monitoring Services:
Weekly Home/Condo Inspection = $20 per inspection
Bi-Weekly Home/Condo Inspection = $25 per inspection
Monthly Home/Condo Inspection = $30 per inspection
*$15 additional fee for homes above 3,500 sq. ft.
Concierge Services = $25/hr
Trust Home Services offers professional cleaning services for your home or condo. Cleaning services are available at a competitive hourly rate. Please contact us for a site visit and free estimate.
All contractor services supervised by Trust Home Services = $25/hr plus cost of contractor.
*There is a 1 hour minimum charge for all services
